Deliveries:
Delivery Charge £20.00 for all mainland UK deliveries. For purchases outside of the UK, please contact us by email to discuss your purchase and location for a total cost quotation.
Deliveries will be carried out using national couriers, either TNT or UPS. Delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.
Saturday delivery is available but is subject to a surcharge of £40.00.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time and day stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery on the stated day.
Shipping is considered to be satisfactorily accomplished when the product is signed for at the required delivery address. In the event of a delivery failure due to absence of the purchaser, a notification will be made, to arrange for re-delivery or collection by the purchaser. We will attempt delivery 3 times.
With held stock, the delivery timeframe is 1-2 weeks but for products not held in stock – we have to rely on the manufacturer’s delivery timelines which currently seem to be varying between 4 weeks to 8 weeks. Once the order is place, the Glass-Furniture-Centre will contact you immediately and inform you of the timeline for your delivery.
Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any major delays you will always be informed. If the items are not in stock please allow 7-10 working days for delivery -- and any customers with a delayed order will be notified of the potential delay whilst we source your light from the manufacturer.
It is essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given. Delivery to an incorrect address, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Glass Furniture Centre.
Breakages:
When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages; and any signs of damage to the packaging. If this is not possible, the goods must be signed for as "Unexamined". In this event the goods must be examined within 7 days, and any damage reported in writing to the Glass Furniture Centre. Glass Furniture Centre will gladly replace any breakages that incur during shipping.
Shipping Surcharges to the Nothern Ireland,and islands:
Delivery charges may increase for items being sent outside of mainland Britian (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc) please contact us for price.
